Gives you good opportunities with moderate compensation. Job security is very high and work-life balance & work satisfaction is based on the project.

Compensation is average, company culture is also an average. Mandatory core ours are 10am to 04.30pm, if you are not in / out before this time, you'll marked leave.

...l show their true colours after you leave. - Project manager wont do any duties. A BA/Senior BA will have to every work , he will just be there in client calls (this i experienced in one of the projects of JHA) - Very less base salary way below market standards. and hike of 4-6% - Increased Notice to 90 days so that less employees leave, and there is a HR from Kochi who will eventually bully you that you wont get service certificates or relieving letter , due to which employees get scared and wont leave.

Good number of project with most of them running on latest tech stack and adapting to new technologies. Managers and HRs are easy to connect with even on Teams without formal schedules or calls.

Dislikes

Salary compensation could be disappointing sometimes. Its been a while that the hike was covered in April itself. Most of the time, the hikes are rolled out in mid of May and we always get them as arrears despite that the performance discussions complete by Feb itself.

Salary hike is purely based on project revenue even though you're a hyper performer. Promoting from SE to SSE is easy only if you're graduated from the tier-1 college.
