No job security, mentally torcherd,very poor management, money cutting from salary

Dislikes

Offer letter show 2000 salary but labour contract only 900 putting basic salary.8000cutting before 2year going.Now my 2month remaining but my leave salary ticket not give and also company put fake absconding.Now I get one year labour ban

Aspire is a registered society of Assam Government funded by World bank, very poor and terrible society, no learning and training program and aside salary increment very bad service. They just consume government money wich is in world bank loan

Dislikes

They make different in employee someone increment make higher and someone haven't. And the HR and project director they both are stupid personalities

Aspire India paramedical institute is one of the best institute in Bihar. All staff of this institute are very good. Most important thing, the boss is very nice and kind hearted person.
