Long working hours. Should be ready to work on weekends. Unprofessional and inexperienced upper management. No learning opportunities. They ask you to come to office, but they dont even provide a proper desk for you to work. No work life balance. you will be asked to work on multiple tasks at a time with a very tight deadline.

- Leadership is incompetent and toxic; they are all ex-Fractal employees who retired into these CxO positions. They are bad at leadership and don't have a basic understanding of SaaS products. - No value for effort; your manager and director will gaslight you into thinking you're worthless, and the next day you'll discover that they took credit for your work. You will learn nothing here (except for childish politics); If you discuss your career plan with your Director they will stall you till eternity. - False promises and mind-games; They make false promises and lie about the work when they are hiring - there is a culture of blatantly lying amongst the leadership. They will get you 'under the influence' in office parties and try to get gossip and/or dirt out of you - and believe me when I say this - that is the only parameter used in appraisals here. - Malpractices and misinformation; In my 1+ year stint here, I saw numerous unethical practices followed [For which I still hold proof]. The leadership enables these and participates actively. - Incompetent HR dept. - No respect for talent - I could go on...

Working here has been a disappointing experience.Toxic work environment.Job stability is nonexistent as employees can be let go at any moment with little warning or reason.management is often dishonest failing to follow through on promises. industry standard process are not followed leading to chaotic workflows and constant changes.

There are alot . No work life balance , they will not give you leave n if you got the leave they ask you to work on weekend . Long work hours . Working on weekend is normal is this company , management treats you like slave

* Never have time to clear out queries. * Never received clarification when asked about my future prospects * The manager never appreciated. He only had all sort of negative stuffs even when i was hired for dA** S****** TEAM and put in some other team where I had no experience and still tried my best to cope with the work but still.
