Company doesn't close during December or through the year. Management can be rude sometimes. It's an emotional roller coaster depending on your perspective

Except Pharmacovigilance department, Remaining all department employees, management team was cooperative and ground to earth. HR team was very understandable to employees concern.

Dislikes

Pharmacovigilance department has No job security, Pharmacovigilance team recruitment and appraisal would be done based on only internal team members feedback to manager. Data won't speak people efforts in pharmacovigilance team.

A lot of red tapish and slow decision making by the management. Also a lot of wrong people are around whose only qualification is that they are yes nen
