This is such a organization that dose not work according to the market demand. There is no such R&D done on new products as well as the products use to perform well - quality of such product has gone down. Unnecessary charging high price. The company has no such good quality products in the list of farm mechanised equipments. Quantity of all FM equipments are wery poor and the company dose not listen to the complaints and market feedback.

Dislikes

Old mentality to earn more profit and management is full of old age directors. The young directors have not got chance to establish their views. All the head office staffs do not bother about the market presence and market share. That is why after spending 75 years in the Indian Agriculture market the company use to be the market leader has fallen down in terms of turn over and quality. The present turn over of the said company speaks about the down fall of the company.
