Late salary around 2-3 months delay | No job security | poor company culture | Politics starts from management and from top level employee | everyone is indulge in taking commission /corruption from top employee to bottom | even if you're doing your job efficiently, the top level employee of school won't let you work and gives negative feedback to the management.

...re good, parents are also supportive. It is one of the best school to work with. Sometimes the salary gets credited late but that's fine when the work culture and staff is good.

Good work environment and culture. Teachers and staff coordination each other to improve good academic environment in school and benift to students acadimic values.

Salary is not increse and lot of politics.
