1. The compensation and the benefits you get are good. 2. It's difficult to manage work-life balance but still if you're a person ready to work 7 days a week or 10+ hours a day then you can manage it. 3. You get to learn a lot of things if you get involved and support other departments too. 4. Provides good opportunities for the Freshers.

Dislikes

1. Need to maintain hierarchy and improve management. 2. Should start handling management stuff in a professional way. 3. Need to improve HR rules & regulations. 4. There is no job security so If people are good in politics or if they are close relatives then it is good for them otherwise it's just unprofessional. 5. They should start following the Indian Corporate rules and if they don't know that then hire someone who can help with the management so that employees can maintain the work-life balance. 6. Everything is just not about money. If they want to grow the company then they should really think about investing it in more people who actually have good work experience and good work ethics.

Likes

The work culture over here is amazing. The opportunities are always given to you so that you can prove your capabilities. The management always supports and motivates to do new things and believes in us. Have learnt a lot in this 6 months, hoping for more years to grow and work in this organization. Team outings and events just brings liveliness to our work routine every month.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike at the moment. Its been really great working here.

Just got good friends and some learning opportunities

Not at all employee concerned, duty time extends upto 12hrs, heartless management, no value for employees, complete familism in the office all the higher designations are provided to the family members who doesn’t even know what is the value of that designation!
