...ears.They will wait for a AnyReason to avoid the Hikes.Now the Reason is COVID.There is a Huge Gap between the Salary Offered by the Client to the Employee and The Salary that is given by the Consultancy the Employee.

Many, 1) there is no proper redressal of our concerns. 2) work culture is horrible. For sake of clients they ask us to do anything. Even after billing for entire year we get peanuts for our performance. 3) managers are worse, only focusing on output and not addressing any problems of the employees. 4) finance people are much worse in reimbursement. Even after calling and mailing so many times they won't reimburse our amount. No proper inclusion of deductions for form16 causing loss of income for employees under taxation,

I seen this work culture very very worst Unskilled site managers, salary not gave properly and most important they didn't gave last month salary with proper resignation The managers are more politics
