Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I like working in ASL because Its totally based on mechanical and which get the good back ground in scope of working in ASL . Environmental condition is so good and good nature to work . Here totally teamwork which get good explanation with senior officers .

Dislikes

Here salary is low in our company for contract engineer and salary will not get monthly .

Its a Central govt company, But am working on contract basis. So i want to look forward for a better job where my life goes to settle.

Dislikes

Career growth is very less and here therw is no benefits for contract employees
