Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours instead of 8 hours in a day as I have to attend clients calls & querries. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my year end appraisals. Also there is no on job training for fresher, hence seniors folk like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
