It's the only agrobased industry in the district providing direct and indirect employment opportunities to around 50,000 families fostering better standard of living to the families in the vicinities of district. Got rare opportunity to serve the farming communities directly in facilitating agricultural credit, making available chemical fertilsers with the unique arrangement of IFFCO and improved variety of cane seed from the Institute of Sugar cane Research Institute, Ankapali, Andhra Pradesh. On account of effective supervision and optimum utilisation of resources and capacity strived by me the Industry could earn profit. Got immense job satisfaction.
