Company is keeping it's employees on leave without pay instead of layoff. It is providing rest of the benefits like insurance even when they are being kept on leave without pay.

Dislikes

Worst thing about the company is existing team doesn't welcome the new joinees. (they cannot accept if a new person joins them at their next level or equivalent to their level. They really get insecure. They don't share knowledge when needed. People at lead level or managerial level won't allow new joinees to grow irrespective of skills or competency that new joinee has).This unwelcoming attitude is resulting in attrition of employees and also effecting productivity of organization as a whole. Management should pitch in to these kind of matters and make everything fall in line instead of worrying about losing people (existing employees ). Performance can be achieved by hiring the people with wright attitude and providing them a scope of growth.

Nothing to like about. Worst ever company go work for. Dont join Maddy portfolio is worst of all. 15 members already left in 6 months. They will put you in pip after 3 months.

Saturday working. No leaves are approved. Very micro management. Work for 11 hours daily. They all have dead clients. Wil lgi e you trauma for lifetime. And there is a Asst. manager Vito Shiva - kuch ata nhi keywords se search krta firat hai bkl. Very worst experience I had..
