ASKIHMCA is a culinary arts institute where I was given the role as a video editor and cinematographer, where I shoot videos of students cooking foods and preparing bakery items.Later edit them in Premiere Pro a video editing software. Here, there is less deadlines.Very good chefs.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
