Not a single thing is good for liking ASK. EVERYTHING IS BAD. FOR BTECH PEOPLE WHAT THEY ARE GIVING SALARY IS AS EQUAL TO WATCHMAN IN THE GATE.

... like that they are giving only 60 rs, even Sunday also OT PER HOUR IS 60 RS. 2. THEY ARE CUTTING BONUS AMOUNT FROM OUR SALARY AND GIVING BACK AS BONUS. 3.NOT PROPER SAFETY, EVEN THEY ARE NOT GIVING SAFETY SHOES FOR YEAR. 4. SALARY IS WORST FOR EXPERIENCED BTECH PEOPLE, WE ARE GETTING HELPER SALARY. 5. FOOD, IN NIGHT IN CANTEEN EVEN DOG CAN'T EAT THAT FOOD , WE ARE EATING WITH NO OTHER OPTION. 6. THERE IS NO PROPER WORK LIFE BALANCE. 7. RESPONSE FROM HR IS NOT GOOD. 8. There is no much difference between company employee and contract labour. 9. In summer times the temperature in our department is more, but they are not giving any drinks.

Ask automotive company is good company and it is good supplier production.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the salary is decent but career growth is low. On the job training is not given to new joining employees.

Will getting salary on time ,vendor payment doing on time .

Dislikes

Culture is not so good for professionals , compromising on quality ,decision making skills laps , communication gap ,frequent policy changes ,gaps in facilities ,no proactive culture ,old & traditional way of working ,only focusing on cost cuttings ,motivation laps.
