Good work environment and culture.there is a huge cafeteria.company policies are good, appraisalsar are fair and the giv good salary .

There is a good salary but cariar growth is slow .on the job training is not given to new joinees

Culture is not so good for professionals , compromising on quality ,decision making skills laps , communication gap ,frequent policy changes ,gaps in facilities ,no proactive culture ,old & traditional way of working ,only focusing on cost cuttings ,motivation laps.

ASK have huge projects of die castings, a lot things to learn from here. Work culture is also good but not best, salary and bonus are best in comparison to other manufacturing units in manesar. ASK have have good infrastructure, they have multiple units in manesar.

Dislikes

For me, there plants are running on weekends and employees need to come for work, they pay for it, but I don't like the extra working hours on Sundays. Night shifts also the down side for me while I was working there.
