Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing like here not good environment for work

Dislikes

... the management doesnot address our issues. And no management not work properly. Salary is very low as 8000 per month. On the job training is not given to new joinees. And not given PL,SL, CL and any government holiday.

Company not give any facilities. Increment in 1 year only 500 rupees Not prvide drinking water, canteen,12 hour compulsory job 15 days in night shift and 15 days in day shift, not provide tea , not provide timely salary and salary given in half payment cheque and half payment in cash, not provide leave like PL, CL, SL, only 4 weekly off in 1 month
