...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Today these private educational promoters particularly at Bhubaneswar are highly unethical and unprofessional in their approaches especially on salary terms and forget about the incentives and perks. ASBM releases the salary in time and has imbibed some professionalism.

...ctetorialship and credit only goes to biswajeet patnaik. Bad delegation of work. They pay brokers to get admissions. I was sophocated.

The campus is well maintained and the room amenities provided to professors are okay. Student-teacher relationship is great over there

Dislikes

The team is below average and the sole power of decision making lies with only one person. This is strange for an academic institution. Focus is only on the quantity of admission not on the quality.
