I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

Dislikes

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees

Salary only rest everything is too worst, Fraud peoples creating worst working culture

1.Apprisal and Promotions are not fare 2.Peoples dont know how to respect others which including Managers also 3.Actual work and Efforts not get covered in Performance 4.Only showoff getting promoted 5.Corporate Politics is at peak level 6.Genine and Innocent peoples get Ignored all times 7.Nothing to like here....

Salary structure is Good Complete production process is documented Infra and available setup world class

1-Union manpower and their power is in terrible state 2-Work life balance is very poor at executive post you can not complete your assigned work if you stay for 16 hours everyday 3-All work need to you by perfection only 4-Unneccessary things are going on Safety & Manufacturing excellence POV 5-if you get 50% or 100% hike from your current Position and your mental health is good their don't make this move

Salary is given perfect. If you achieve incentive you don't worry about that. It will come at right time. And also you can collect all kind of allowance.

Dislikes

Work pressure is heavy. No job security. If you are good in the job. You don't worry about it.

Salary and other benefits are good. Company keeps working on employee policies. Transport and accommodations are good.

Dislikes

No work life balance, growth rate is slow, There is a big ruling of union, six days working. Cell phones are not allowed.
