Top management is very good Salary on time Mumbai team and employees are very friendly and supportive. My reporting manager was also very nice person, I was lucky to have them at introductory phase of my career. They given me space to learn keeping in mind that it was my very first job.

Dislikes

Some seniors calls you even on holidays to discuss work that's something I didn't liked, My base location was Ahmedabad where some local employees are not supportive as expected but support and response was very good from Mumbai team. If you handle local employees effectively then there's no issues from any elsewhere.

Very excellent company to work and grow ,very good salary and very early promotion,good work culture latest technology industry 4.0 . employees are really young and talented.the good company to work for were hard works get paid

They not hire employee directly , from third party always they hire from campus very good talent are there in third party role were Asian paints ltd looks on production and third party takes all maintenance and utilities work.please wants to look to talent whether it's third party or contract.

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

Dislikes

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees

Work 14 Hours in week like Donky No concept of work life balance in this organisation Sales follow-up till date change Sunday working in month Market travel in night or Sunday they don’t allow to travel in working hours. The unit Head Mr.Nanda Doing micro mangement and doing favortism.
