Disparity in work where one department works for 8 hours and the same salary is shared with the person who is working for literally 14 hours. Also expectations of managers is to work on leaves, week offs and public holidays.

In the Asian paints working style is so more different but compared to other company.and working hours to more in day and higher management got a more mental torcher this points i aboserd by work experience.

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the t doesy address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
