No work life balance, Leaves are jokes here,you will have to work by phone even you are in most incapable situation to attend the phone, otherwise you will get into trouble, No proper project support from hierarchy, We will do all the micro management things, Still hierarchy simply scold for sales and projects. Terrible work culture, You will end up with all the works you are not interviewed for, You work like shop labour nothing else

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

Everyday sales pressure, stress will be triple times of the salary you are getting. Even if you are in projects sales then you will be having everyday target. If you didn't finished, the managers will use their local languages.

Work Culture & environment, lot of peak in month, month end peak timing. Had to work till 12 in night, lot of Pressure, Targets, Reporting to different managers, no prior training to freshers
