No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
