I recently dined at Asian paint and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Asian paint enough for a fantastic dining experience.”

Salary is not as per market standards. Promotions are up to your boss not on your capabilities, skills and performance. Work life balance is not there you have to be available 24X7 Late seating culture in company. No matter how long does you stay in night if you are late than five minutes in morning you have to mark your leaves

Even though like this situation ( covid 19 ) More companies are reduce the salary as well as employees also but asian paints announced the increment & job security gave as salary for helping employees, as well as helping dealers & painter's also

Some of employees got job in Asian paints within one year due to they work as EC or ECA in big stores like AP homes or master storkes some like that some are working as same position in small stores for 3 to 4 yrs but they didn't got opportunity to enter Asian paints so pls gave them also a chance it's my humble request sir

Overall salary package is best.

Work pressure is very well, no time limit for work, Management is very workholic & make very high pressure on employes.I just complete one month in Asian paints but my experience is very bad my overall rating is 2 out of 5

Management is transparent, company policies are good, good salary but working hours so long til midnight but in all things will make you a brave that you will not be defeated anywhere.

Dislikes

No social/personal life due to work pressures and unscheduled timing.

Work culture is getting bad day by day managers are not supportive Employees are like bonded labours

It's a trap first they lure with heavy salary and later on they pressurize you for work without even providing training
