...s who are working in this company i.e my ex colleague all are unhappy with this. As per me what company thinks is if company is paying good salary and incentives all are my workers not employees. This company doesn't even think for their employees and not even to their dealers who are the main part of the company and if you don't believe me before joining go and ask with the dealer how their work is going on you will get to know how the company is. And even the worst thing I'll say the top management I don't know how a company hire shit top management people no experience just they will hire from top A school having shit knowledge somewhere there are experienced Area manager but still the situation are same for everyone. Previously I have work with 2 company and I see that it's a dream company for most individuals but I thank to God and I was so lucky that i didn't start my career with Asian Paints. And a good suggestion to HR and other people in the organisation if he/she look this review of mine then I would say money doesn't buy you a employee so atleast make a good organisation. And a simple suggestion don't hire a manager hire a Good leader because I was under a very pathetic Area Manager and still I have heard that it's the same the new Area manager she is also the same even worst manager than previous Area manager and the SSO's what to say about them I'll say two three senior employees are there make them SSO atleast promote them they deserve that place and it will be great if you look out to those 2 SSO until it's too late for the company.

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

Dislikes

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.

Dislikes

Everyday sales pressure, stress will be triple times of the salary you are getting. Even if you are in projects sales then you will be having everyday target. If you didn't finished, the managers will use their local languages.
