... will help you out when u are not doing well or demotivated towards your target. No issue with salary. It's on time always. Culture and environment is awesome. Talking about growth, it's quite tough if you are not doing 365days consistently hard work. Politics is everywhere, so there is in Asian Paints as well. They first tell you that you have good opportunities for the higher level post if you do better but at the end they will however find a way to say you "Sorry". Apart from these, learning environment is awesome. You will be changed totally if you work honestly and merge yourself through the ethics of the company. I have a good experience as well as some bad too. But overall I would say it is a good company with good discipline and ethical systematic work scenario.

We have to send the report of day by day work even after office hours is off. We can't enjoy or relax even we are at home. However, I think it's not the company side fault, it's a management and execution fault for which we have to pay for it.

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

Work Culture & environment, lot of peak in month, month end peak timing. Had to work till 12 in night, lot of Pressure, Targets, Reporting to different managers, no prior training to freshers
