Work 14 Hours in week like Donky No concept of work life balance in this organisation Sales follow-up till date change Sunday working in month Market travel in night or Sunday they don’t allow to travel in working hours. The unit Head Mr.Nanda Doing micro mangement and doing favortism.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

Salary and the incentive structure is good

Everyday sales pressure, stress will be triple times of the salary you are getting. Even if you are in projects sales then you will be having everyday target. If you didn't finished, the managers will use their local languages.

Vary good Stuff in our office, & vary good learning experience. Timely salary,and every time new new product efficiency.

Offroll to Onroll not provide because Higher Age problem. And Recently my reporting boss not experience as a leading team, but He is my boss. And he also before that posting, he is lower post from me. That is very bad effect my entire Journey. Mainly my Experience Asian paints very bad politics.
