Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Offroll to Onroll not provide because Higher Age problem. And Recently my reporting boss not experience as a leading team, but He is my boss. And he also before that posting, he is lower post from me. That is very bad effect my entire Journey. Mainly my Experience Asian paints very bad politics.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic. Even after your sales achievement manager asks for more sales and hops on more sales target so as to glorify the growth percentage in terms of sales. No career and self development. Company pressurises to work on Sunday also, no comp off as the days you avail leave your life will get more into hell as there are lots of work pressure even if someone is on leave and no excuses are entertained. Dealers are utmost importance for the company even if the dealers are malpracticing and mis utilising there power.

We report to both company and DEALER. As dealer pays half of the salary to the company as service charge. In 95% cases dealer is right, no matter what ever the matter is. But things are being changed, I hope for the best...

I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees
