Whilst considering joining Asian Hotels Limited North - Corporate Office for Hyatt Hotel, be advised that you will be subjected to unprecedented politics. I was thoroughly disappointed.

All the policies are basically altered unofficially according to Boss's choice. Exploitation in every aspects. Poor increment except bosses. Emergency leave will not be allowed. If you protest or ague your job will be terminated. They always threat in gunpoint. Enormous employee turnover in last nine years. No one can stay since their atrocities in the office. Since owners are not in Kolkata bosses are having supreme power and they never allow you to access the owner to inform anything.
