... do the appraisal in his team....bcoz of this PPL who didn't looked up by him...they will suffer in carrier growth or salary growth.. Human error any body will do, but this boss, will kill the carrier in Asian Cinemas..for human error or any employee mistake.. He needs to understand the employee needs Any employee who makes a fraud or robbery in the company ..immediate termination will be there but in Asian Cinemas, doing a humar error or mistakes will also loss the job ..though is a senior most in the company.. Management Naresh Boss keep changes and treat the employees fairly..

Provide same salary they offered, nothing more than it

Company don't care of employees, they will listen informers words and don't analysis of it like it's true or not . They will beat and use un parliamentary language to staff for small things. No job security at all. If no cinemas, they will terminate employees without reason. They don't even think how they and families will survive. Most selfish higher team

My colleague s come from various places we have the entertainment world but we are not entertaining by company policies . Salary appraisal s are so poor,job security is poor

There is work like running out of time Everytime pressured to concentrate on sales daily v have to work 12 to 14 hours. They don't care about employee's profession. All employee's to be work as labor
