...t.good job security.my self i learn more things for my career growth in the job.average salary for me in joining time but its increase every appraisal good.its a food industry so follow all rules of the company so everybody to take response for work environment its good.

nothing to like to work this company , salaries not given in a time and my settlement still not given even i left 6 months over and even PF not paid intime

its like working in a outlet as a helper . Management doesn't know about the industry and as they have funds they have floated this unit to make more money. for most of the stocks they dont rise invoices and quality differs from batch to batch.Distributors are made to incur huge loses as quality is very bad and not accepted by consumers. Management doesn't settle account of employees , Super stockists and distributors who leave them. many suffred because of the attitude of the company . bitter experience in life .i have left the organisation and yet to get my settlement. cheaters and fraud persons are managing the company
