its like working in a outlet as a helper . Management doesn't know about the industry and as they have funds they have floated this unit to make more money. for most of the stocks they dont rise invoices and quality differs from batch to batch.Distributors are made to incur huge loses as quality is very bad and not accepted by consumers. Management doesn't settle account of employees , Super stockists and distributors who leave them. many suffred because of the attitude of the company . bitter experience in life .i have left the organisation and yet to get my settlement. cheaters and fraud persons are managing the company
