Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Ashwamedh Foundation is an NGO working for Education and Development of Children. It is doing excellent work in Santacruz, Mumbai where they carry out their Maximum activities and projects. Team Ashwamedh is highly professional and works like a family. Members of Ashwamedh Foundation are highly motivated and works towards common goals. Management of Ashwamedh Foundation is very friendly and gives great opportunities to grow in the Organization. If you have great leadership quality and want to do something for the Society, this is the right place to work.

Dislikes

Ashwamedh Foundation is still in nascent stage and does not get enough funding/donations from people. Therefore there are hardly any new recruitments in this Organization from last 2 years. Its a best place to do Internship/CSR project etc. But still in nascent stage for employees.
