Everything else, specially the gender regressive work culture. The H.R comes up with arbitrary rules that sometimes crosses the line of harrassment.. And there is zero flexibility for work home. Also no peovision for medical leave. Also the work hour is strictly 54 hours per week that violates most basic premise of labour law. And learning opportunity is very less. The HR and management focuses on monitoring employee behaviour rather than productivity.

Ashray Akruti has lots of operations with regard to disability sector. I have been involved in skill development of Hearing impaired youth which has new platform in my career do deal with disability. had been leading multiple teams with reaching goals and attaining milestones.

do not have chance for career growth. salary hike is not satisfactory

It is an NGO. Working with this organisation we will learn new things about hearing impaired people. That we will get satisfaction to serve to children.
