The institute was good to get experienced in teaching since I was a fresher then. They gave me enough time and molded me in my career. It built me as an aspiring teacher with the needed psychological, professional and inter personal skills. Management was friendly and reachable always. Safe and secured place to work and improve ourselves. They paid on time and provided EPF and other perks like Rooms and gas connections to stay within the campus. Happy to have a chance of working there.

Dislikes

The only dislike is that it is in village and it's bit challenging to make parents understand the efforts we put on their kids to build up and tune their skills.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
