The institute was good to get experienced in teaching since I was a fresher then. They gave me enough time and molded me in my career. It built me as an aspiring teacher with the needed psychological, professional and inter personal skills. Management was friendly and reachable always. Safe and secured place to work and improve ourselves. They paid on time and provided EPF and other perks like Rooms and gas connections to stay within the campus. Dislikes

The only dislike is that it is in village and it's bit challenging to make parents understand the efforts we put on their kids to build up and tune their skills.

Work Details

I was taking English subject for Grades 6,7,8 and 4,5 computer science. I was the class teacher for Grade 4 and thus got a chance to do the works like making progress report, taking part in Parents Teacher meeting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
