Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I got the offer letter after the 2 rounds of interview. While the notice period of my previous organization was going to end, they sent a mail stated, we're holding your joining date since we don't have enough projects with hand. I've agreed that asked them to confirm the extended joining date. After that the HR didn't lift my call & even didn't respond for my e-mails also. After the continuous calls & mails they replied after two months, As we said already, we don't have enough projects with us & If you get other offers you can take that. Later I've discussed with my ex colleagues about this and they said, That company will hire people & if they get candidates with lower salaries than us they will take them & they will do like this. They have also faced like this. Such a cheap behaviour.
