I got the offer letter after the 2 rounds of interview. While the notice period of my previous organization was going to end, they sent a mail stated, we're holding your joining date since we don't have enough projects with hand. I've agreed that asked them to confirm the extended joining date. After that the HR didn't lift my call & even didn't respond for my e-mails also. After the continuous calls & mails they replied after two months, As we said already, we don't have enough projects with us & If you get other offers you can take that. Later I've discussed with my ex colleagues about this and they said, That company will hire people & if they get candidates with lower salaries than us they will take them & they will do like this.
