1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays. 2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

...elieve that with my experience I should be earning more than 40K annually. I have a family, two small children, and a better salary is really needed with all the expenses we have right now.
