1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays. 2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

No one cares about his skills.after you give 100% to the company still then your job security is zero because Because there are very few people who appreciate your hard work in this company. Politics is everywhere, but here it is at its most extreme. The upper class doesn't listen to anything. Everyone is stealing like crazy and sinking the company. The company should definitely look into this.

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.
