Company culture is very bad.It is only work and take salary.Everyone in company has pathetic lifestyle because of low salary and high work.Job security and salary is least in the respective fields even including peon.Even during pandemic times, this company will not support any of its employees and asks to come to office even without paying previous salaries and due amounts.

I am working in tata motors pantnagar, i would like to share my experience with ashoka bearings . Owner is egoistic. Their response time is very poor. Owner - Mr. priyavrat have that ego in his mind that he is the best in this business but he is not. Always making excuses and never willing to support.
