It's great company to work as salary and pay are pretty decent, training part is also good, you have full rights to take your own work related decisions but you need to own that responsibility.

Only 30% of people contributing to the work and owns the responsibility rest of them just doing the defined work only.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yrar

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond 4 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I don't like because of salary isn't improve which any year and don't like to shift schedule what is a shift 8am to 4:30 pm call to B shift and 4:30pm to 01:00am call to C shift and 01:00am to 8:00Am call A shift

In ashok leyland employees Salary increament very slow and poor for diploma employees and other, permanent process not possible for diploma employees. And shift rotation very worng ang poor for healthy life, because this shift start- Ashift (1 am to 8am) B shift (8am to 4:30pm) C shift(4:30am to 1:00am) Which A shift very worng and poor. Wright shift for healthy life Ashift 6am to 2pm B shift 2pm to 10pm C shift 10pm to 6am

Earlier this company having good for Freshers .like DET and GET. But now a days its loose its dignity
