... Chaos and confusions are common place and last mile delivery is so stressful. Salary policy is non existent. You can see lateral hires getting less than 10 lacs per annum CTC with more than 20 years of experience in domains other than finance or admin. But there are diploma holders with 4 or 5 years experience getting more than 10 lacs per annum . There is no equation suits the distribution.

Very few lateral entries who still working for lower bucks

Compensation is very low for lateral entries. And growth also very narrow. Since it is a automotive type daily work pressure will be high to meet the customers and projects requirements. During appraisal my achievements are not appreciated and considered and each time my manager tells it was management driven project. Senior HR people always telling that Ashokleyland one of the highest payers in India, which is absolute fake statement. Mid management

Job security is good Travel expenses claim payment process is good

Dislikes

No brotherhood A lot of politics (due to Indian culture like any govt. office) Have to work with more experienced old aged but less knowledgeable persons. Environment is very bad Work Life balance is very very very poor Salary & Benefits are good if you are DGM & above You can't survive until you are on Top position or you are a South Indian Can make you corrupt as many chances to take and give bribe.

Working experience was phenomenon and environment was very gud but salary package was low which courage so the employer, I also like the employer policy in this company

No job training for freshers and growth was also very slow, travels a lot to mature the projects but senior persons never appreciate my hardworking towards the company which makes me uncomfortable and salary was also very low
