I really dislike the company because of contactor basis it's not giving good salary .

Most of the thing are automated in CAE so you have to just press the button your analysis will completed; prost processing and report preparation is also automated.

...t's difficult to know what the software is doing, Follow the process guideline Very less salary hike Thery are firing the people with the name of VRS in every 3 to 4 years Lost total performance pays if you leave the company within the financial year

Good work environment and culture, we can learn all the departments knowledge. In design department interact to all the team as well supplier also. Learning areas are high. Canteen and transport facilities are very good

... permanent job role not preference contract person. Hike options also not here. Starting to ending my salary is same but learning area is high.

Benefits - Break Fast, Lunch, Pick up drop, 50 % insurance subsidy, 5 days working / week There is no Job security in this company for past two years 2019 & 2020 they have laid off more than 750 employees
