Lower salary. Two different salary payment scales. HR politics. ITI qualified employees hired with duplicate documents to Engineer post. HR manager is very egoistic & not spoken friendly. Notice period 90 days but in these 90 days you get half salary every month for full day work. Worst management Owner thinks about his own growth not even think during appraisal. Workers are getting low salary hike every year. Favorites during appraisal and targetting employees if questioned. Non sense HR manager taking money from contract manpower suppliers. Toxic work culture like whenever they need u need to serve.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. This is a place for constructive feed back. Salaryy is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Intended to work in Prove out NPD Department. Loved working on CNC programming & machine mechanisms. Configuration of machines.

Dislikes

Full of documentation works. Documentation stopped me from learning & involving in NPD Activities. Ratio of learning to documentation should be 7:3 but not reverse. The reverse case I experienced in this company. Compensation & benefits are very poor.

Excellent people best working environment always something there to learn new it has the big plants seeking work always nice opportunity to learn and work.
