Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. This is a place for constructive feed back. Salaryy is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... individuals effort and appreciating their work is very poor, resulting less exposure and carrier growth, No salary hike or increments for long period of time, No proper Cafeteria and canteen arrangements in shifts

Intended to work in Prove out NPD Department. Loved working on CNC programming & machine mechanisms. Configuration of machines.

Dislikes

Full of documentation works. Documentation stopped me from learning & involving in NPD Activities. Ratio of learning to documentation should be 7:3 but not reverse. The reverse case I experienced in this company. Compensation & benefits are very poor.
