Nothing much except the salary. Teachers work very hard and hence results are superb

Dislikes

Wierd management. They donot follow protocols. They go by their whims. Family stands at the last in the priority list of those who work here. Now and then you will be called to see cultural programmes even if you have other liabilities or important work. Balancing work and family becomes difficult here. 24/7 you are working. You will not get accolades for performing good, but you will be reminded how bad you were last time.

I worked with this group for over 27 years. The experience was absolutely unparalleled and we had a lot of diversifying opportunities with the full constant cooperation from the management. Constant encouragement from all hierarchical levels was enjoyed all through the sail.. It is indeed a pleasure which I cherish even after retirement . The entertaining boosts were always there either through rich cultural activities be it in the Stadiums or the theatres..Regular outings and picnics were also there with real sumptuous food... It's like a dream project.. Thank you

Everything is fine but no job security. Permanent staff who working last 15 years for this company , terminated without any notice. Worthless management
