You will get stuck in your career if you join this company . Lot of politics. Zero career developement and growth.

1) Top management is saying we are corporate but no corporate working culture. 2) Every Saturday and Sunday is holiday for corporate office but not for downleve team at least 2 Saturday. 3) Nothing to learn you have to fallow top peoples blindly. 4) No work-life balance. Forget about family and personal life then only you will succeed. 5) Very late process in resolving the problem. 6) Internal computation in product. 7) And lot more
