...ing here last 7years Till date not facing any problem With my colige and boss Salary increment on time But incentives not very well Overall good place to work

Work life balance is the best part. Sales happens as the location of the projects are on Road. Salary below industry standards , No incentives - No Training and Non existence of HR - No specific yearly increment , Management rules all the rules. Spoke to grow are totally limited- Nothing to learn. Monotonous Work system.

Worst Company,No exposure,when some one trying to show his/her proffessional skills/knowledge, they don't want and asked you are not here for any proffessional suggestions/inputs,some of the old selected employees are in management's good bookes and that so called employees are the bosses of new proffessional a and they only harass like attanding their extensions/asked for taking prints

Likes

The founder and the younger son (barring the elder one) works really hard to make the company reach into heights. They are law abiding person and therefore company has a Brand Name. These 2 with hard work have set the standards. A well placed system which is easy to follow. The team is very supportive.

Dislikes

The company gradually is falling due to the lack of far sightedness of the elder one. His aggression, rustic, ruthless and short tempered behaviour has made him indulge into use of abusive words and sometimes physical hit. All the old staff has left due to this ans new staff are scared to face him

Likes

Management has a better human touch. They may not be the best business men but if not best they're one of the best human being in industry. It's an honor to be with them to learn from them and grow under their guidance.
