I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. I've be in a HSSE for 6 years and ASGC has always been industry leader in innovation and community friendly standard, I look Forward to being in a place that continually demands excellency while still allowing a healthy and positive work and environment. really feel proud to be a part off ASGC. top managements are very supportive and friendly nature.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
