I would like to work with company but management is not involving in employee matter they should check what time employees are coming what is going and What are the problem facing employees that's it thank you for servey

Management waste Bim manager and Bim coordinator

Working in different projects as not only one field for example residential buildings ,museums ,etc so this give great experience and knowledge for team work

Dislikes

Salary and promotion inside company depend on years of work more than skills and qualifications as some people already have high skills and knowledge but they have to wait many years inside work till they get fair salary or promotion and this create dissatisfaction for people who work because they not get appreciate as they expect

ASGC Is very good but there is some employes on the site they were not encourage who were under level.They were not agree who were talented was there

Asgc is very good leading company in UAE, in this I have learnt more with my superior to grow my professional skills and I got experience to handle different nationalities people on work pressure to achieve company targets, accommodation and other facilities as per government laws are good.

Dislikes

There is no dislike, it is just company gave good job : I have to get it done company requirements on my level job rules.
